Entrepreneur immigration in remote areas of BC:

Suitable for the following applicants:

  • CLB 4 in English or French;
  • College degree or above;
  • Personal net worth of at least CAD $300,000, which may include the assets of your spouse/partner and their children;
  • At least three years of experience in operation and management in the company (with 10% or more equity) in the last five years; or
  • At least 4 years of executive experience in the last 5 years (no equity or less than 10% equity in the institution in which they are employed) while managing at least three full-time employees in an occupational category of NOC 0 or A; or
  • Have at least one year of business owner management experience and two years of executive experience; or
  • Have at least three years of management experience in a 100%-owned enterprise in the last five years, and the entire equity of the enterprise can be jointly owned by the applicant, his/her spouse/partner and their children;

Entrepreneur Immigration in New Brunswick:

In order to attract more investors and entrepreneurs to move to the local area, the provincial government lowered the application threshold on January 13, 2021, raised the upper age limit from 55 years old to 59 years old, and lowered the educational requirements, asset requirements and investment requirements. At the same time, the net assets are reduced from the original $600,000 Canadian dollars to $500,000 Canadian dollars, and the investment amount is reduced from the original $250,000 Canadian dollars to $150,000 Canadian dollars, but you need to obtain a temporary residence visa before you can apply for permanent residence.

  • Achieve IELTS 5 or CLB5

Suitable for the following applicants:

  • Total net assets of not less than $600,000 Canadian dollars
  • Proof of income source is required
  • Aged between 21-59
  • High school or above
  • Have at least 3 years of experience as a senior management or business owner;
  • Experience managing at least 3 employees in the past 5 years
  • Proficient in English or French (CLB4 or above)
  • Willing to establish a qualifying business in PEI and own 100% of the company.
